Cloud accounting provides a myriad of benefits, with perhaps one of the greatest being instant access to your accounts records from anywhere with an internet connection, combined with the ability to share this access with anyone you choose, such as your accountant. The amount of control a business owner can exercise over their books using cloud accounting along with the ease with which messages can be conveyed to and from advisers in many cloud accounting packages may have led some to believe that the need for regular face to face meetings with their accountants was somewhat diminished.
However, we have recently taken on a new client from a purely cloud-based accountancy provider. The reason for switching was clear from the initial meeting. The client wanted to be able to put a face to a name, to walk into an office and hand over accounts records and have a discussion regarding these, and to have someone they could speak to on the phone, with their previous accountant only dealing with communications via email. At Anglian Cloud Accounting we believe we are best placed to give the best of both worlds: the cloud accounting packages which are revolutionising the accountancy industry along with the comfort that comes from knowing there is someone available for a one-to-one discussion when the need arises which comes courtesy of being backed by Whiting & Partners, a well-established firm of accountants with offices across the Anglian region.
