We recently had a client approach us looking for a solution to the ever-growing stack of job sheets, customer information and ledger cards. Luckily Xero had the answer.
With this software we could set the client up so that each of their customers had all their contact information along with a history of each job completed AND a current list of all outstanding invoices online. This means that our client now saves valuable time when they are out on the job. Not only can they review the history of the client but they can type up the jobs completed on their tablet and email an invoice to their customer, all while still out at the clients premises.
