Who has the time to assess their accounting system? Sometimes circumstances conspire to make this a necessity. The illness of a director of a client family company meant that other family members had to get to grips with the bookkeeping. Imagine their consternation when it was realised that one sales receipt lead to three separate spreadsheets needing to be updated. Immediately a better solution was demanded and cloud accounting provided the answer. Routines have been streamlined and all directors can now share in the management information.
